PhD chemist with several years of experience in the development of formulated products and proven expertise in the management of R&D projects under ISO 13485 and MDR. I combine scientific depth with project and team leadership to transform innovations into market-ready products. In my career I managed product developments from concept through verification and validation, to design transfer into routine operations, in close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders. For this, I led a team of scientists and worked together with QA/RA, logistics, production, marketing as well as suppliers and collaborators. Quality is a key focus area of mine. Therefore, I have completed a one year training as internal auditor, in which I participated in customer audits and audits by the notified body, and afterwards led internal audits myself. I am also involved in maintaining and optimizing a QMS under ISO 13485 by creating and updating company guidelines and SOPs and leading CAPA processes and supplier corrective action requests. Due to my strong communication skills in German and in English I have close contact to customers and partners in meetings as well as on international conferences. I work together with product management and business development to ensure that innovation meets the customer needs and creates value to patients world wide.
