We’re working in a time of rapid climate change, shifting geopolitical dynamics, and growing societal attention on infrastructure, water systems, deltas, and energy. Deltares has a strong strategy, and most importantly, talented people, that position us to remain a leading force in how we understand and apply knowledge in these fields. Our department delivers cutting‑edge research that translates into real‑world impact for our clients, thanks to a team of highly skilled and genuinely great colleagues. By collaborating across departments, we also achieve meaningful and lasting results. I’m truly looking forward to joining this team. I believe leadership should be transparent, empowering, collaborative, and just as importantly, enjoyable."
The Dewatering Institute (TDI) was founded as a way for stakeholders in the groundwater control industry to come together and develop the industry across the entire project life cycle, from concept designs right through to successful project completion. As the institute develops, its aim is to provide a platform for members that will promote best practices in dewatering. TDI’s Advisory Council bring valuable expertise and knowledge from their years of specialist areas and regions of practise. They are regularly consulted with regards to strategy and the future of the institute to ensure our fundamentals are adhered to.
