Over 20+ years, I've grown SEA operations from cold start to category presence — most recently as Managing Director SEA at Parallel Data Research, and previously as Senior Director SEA at Toluna, where I scaled the regional business from USD 700K to USD 12.5M and led enterprise programs for DBS, OCBC, Citibank, P&G, Unilever, L'Oréal, HP, Google, Visa, and TikTok. What I do well: - Take foreign HQs into Southeast Asia and make the numbers work — building the team, the operating model, and the client relationships from the ground up. - Operate at the seam between commercial and analytical — running the P&L while building the ROMI, pricing, segmentation, and predictive modeling work that sits underneath it. - Translate ambiguous behavioral and market signal into commercial decisions for enterprise leadership teams.
