I lead Workplace Experience at Capital Group, driving strategy, operations, and engineering across a global portfolio to ensure the workplace is a catalyst for business performance, talent outcomes, and culture. My work sits at the intersection of portfolio strategy, operational excellence, and people leadership, helping organizations translate workplace investments into measurable impact. Over the course of my career, I’ve led large-scale workplace transformations—aligning environments to evolving ways of working while maintaining a strong focus on cost discipline, scalability, and service quality. Today, I oversee operations, engineering, and property management across a portfolio exceeding 2M square feet, including critical infrastructure and data center environments. I partner closely with senior leaders to ensure workplace strategy evolves in step with long-term business priorities.
