In this role, she shapes the long-term business strategy by developing and implementing research initiatives that support the regional and global objectives of the firm. Christine has a proven track record of delivering insightful and actionable research and analysis across various property sectors, such as office, industrial, residential, student accommodation, multi-family, and data centres. She curates and coordinates regional forecasts and market outlooks for clients, and provides research-based perspectives to commercial leasing and investment processes. She is also a respected media commentator and thought leader, with extensive experience as a property correspondent and commentator with Singapore Press Holdings. Christine holds a Master of Arts degree in Media and Communications from the University of London, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Cornell University.
Christine is responsible for overseeing the marketing and research resources at Singapore and Southeast Asia. She connects the local business and the marketing & research Centres of Excellence (COE), leveraging global best practice into the key markets in the region, as well as feeding local initiatives into the COE for potential broader application.
• Consistently provided timely and in-depth research reports and received extensive media coverage across both local and international media such as Channel News Asia, Business Times/Straits Times, the Edge and Bloomberg/Thomson Reuters. • Led a team to work on bilingual consultancy projects outside Singapore on potential mixed development including hotel, retail, office and residential; Other clients include local and overseas developers. • Contributed bilingual research articles and commentaries to various publications such as Straits Times, Business Times, Lianhe Zaobao, Today and Mypaper. • Spoke at various public seminars such as the STproperty seminar, Opplive Asia, America Chamber of Commerce, DBS and ABN AMRO private banking events. • Put in charge of planning and organisation of in-house and external events, such as OrangeTee Open House and Voyage Seminar.
