Little did I know at the time that within 15 years, I’d be in the UK’s aviation centre of excellence, leading negotiations and administering multi-million dollar commercial agreements through the UK Government and Ministry of Defence (MOD) to Saudi Arabia for Lockheed Martin, or managing relationships with Government Ministers and executing agreements with Israel, the USA, Canada, Kuwait, the UK and Indonesia, or negotiating joint ventures between Rolls Royce, Westland Helicopters, and ALVIS with TNT as a key partner. Inspired by my previous CEO and BAE’s first female CEO, I’ve learned from the experienced professionals around me & worked with the brightest & best, & have since been promoted through roles that have seen me leading a business from Toyko, and running a Defence, Security & ICT company.
