- Participate & support in internal audits - Support external/ customer audits - Review of environmental related procurements/ enquires (REACH, RoHS & other substances of concern) from customer - Review of customer’s quality related procurement specification (Quality Manual etc) - Participate in investigation & implementation of corrective/ preventive actions for non-conformities or other non-compliance issues in manufacturing and follow-up on proper closure - Support activities to ensure successful transfer of new products into manufacturing - Take care of Raw Materials related enquires (product end of life, quality issues, continuous improvements etc) - Conduct yearly supplier QMS audits and followup on CAR closure - Conduct quarterly meeting/ assessments with suppliers station in southeast asia to work on on-going/ new improvements activities/ SPC controls etc - Preparation of monthly MRB report for on-hold products and provide dispositions
- Performed & provided assistance in routine water lab testing, including metal sample digestion, Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), Total Organic Carbon (TOC) measurements and etc. - Improved on the solid chemicals inventory in the water laboratory
