As a Software Developer at WOW Logistics, I contribute to projects leveraging my expertise in problem solving and cross-department communication. With going on 5 years of experience at WOW Logistics across multiple roles in the IT department, I have developed a strong foundation in warehouse management systems and application development, including proficiency in C#, SQL, AngularJS, and Blazor. I’m have experience using microservices as well as implementing in house and third party APIs, including government and Azure DevOps APIs. My work focuses on fostering efficient software solutions in collaboration with our team to support operational goals. I am motivated by the opportunity to enhance technological processes and work on innovative projects that drive success for the organization.
As a part of my role, I listen for customer orders and then craft handmade, high quality Starbucks beverages in a timely manner for them. I do all of this while adhering to health and safety standards.
During my time with The Eyecare Place, I assisted patients in the purchase of new eye wear while following their insurance breakdown. I also pre-tested patients for the doctor, including experience with OCT, NCT, autorefractor, and Optomap. I also answered phones in a timely manner, and did everything I could to assist patients with any questions, appointment bookings, and phone orders.

As a kitchen co-worker, I prepared food for the hotspot for guests in a timely manner ensuring the full menu was available during peak times. I also followed health and safety protocols while preparing food. Communication was extremely important with the front guest service representatives to make sure things were in stock for our guests.
