Responsible for planning and directing all volunteer and logistical aspects of all MFS parent, alumni and other special events that are under the umbrella of the MFS Development Office. Manage and support the needs the volunteer leadership of the MFS Parent Council and its sub-committees. Oversee all logistical arrangements for Development Office events, including the writing of event and activity support materials, invitations, related mailings,announcements, general publicity, correspondence with and by key volunteers, facility and menu negotiations, the execution of events, the preparation of budget estimates, and post-event evaluations.
- Currently manage the Philadelphia and Harrisburg Metro areas as Market Manager. - Research, write, develop and present formal market intelligence plans to sales management and executive committee for each defined sales area. Market plans address market conditions, consumer/industry behavior and outline strategy and tactics to penetrate and grow targeted sales goals. Continually assess and adjust plan performance by evaluating key metrics (ROI, market penetration). - Serve as local presence for corporate marketing actively building the SuperMedia brand. - Periodically review competitive activity to adjust regional response via messaging in the sales campaign, promotional events and written documentation.
