I'm currently R&D Technical Lead at Baxter International for new product development and marketed product sustainability. I have been working for more than 20 years in the field of pharmaceutical products stability as stability coordinator, stability team manager and stability subject matter expert (stability strategies and designs to support new product development/registration as well as changes to existing products). In addition of a deep scientific and technical background and experience, I have acquired strong skills of communication, project & people management, collaboration and teamwork through leading cross-functional (R&D, Manufacturing, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Analytical Lab, ....) and cross-regional (Europe, US, China and India) projects.
