I’ve always been a builder. When I first moved to the United States, I applied to more than 200 jobs and heard nothing back. Instead of waiting for an opportunity, I created one. I started showing companies how I could deliver value before being hired, and that approach helped me land my first major role at Facebook. At Facebook, I joined a product that was weeks away from being shut down. Most people saw an underperforming app, but I saw potential in the data. I built a cross-functional plan with product, engineering, and legal, redesigned the notification strategy, and turned it into the top non-gaming app in the VR store. That success laid the groundwork for Meta’s later expansion into the metaverse. At Lively, I implemented a complete data infrastructure in 7 months, giving every team visibility into key metrics for the first time. At The Pill Club, I built an experimentation framework in 3 weeks that reached 47% event coverage and shifted product development to an experimentation-first culture. Most recently at Ontra, I rebuilt the company’s entire data ecosystem. I consolidated 1,500 dashboards into 150 unified ones, created 26 semantic models, and increased data adoption from 49% to 86%. I also launched ML-based anonymization systems with 100% document coverage, giving the business full control over sensitive data handling. Across every role, I’ve been the one who builds clarity where there is none. I design systems that make data usable, measurable, and scalable, from raw telemetry to decision-ready insights.
