Currently, I lead co-development hiring across North America as a Recruiting Territory Lead for Side, supporting studios and talent across the industry. While I’ve recruited for nearly every discipline, Production and Character Art will always have a special place in my heart. Beyond recruitment, I advocate fiercely for working moms, striving to improve industry policies, raise awareness about inequality and invisible labor, and push for systemic change by empowering more women into leadership roles. When I’m not riding my motorcycle, lifting at the gym, or rolling dice in D&D, I’m either on stage, speaking about recruitment strategy, industry trends, & talent optimization or spending as much time as possible with my kids. Balancing career and motherhood is a challenge I embrace fully, and I’m passionate about driving workplace change to make it easier for others.
