I am honored to be on the DEI Committee of the Association of California Nurse Leaders and act as a mentor at my alma mater, The University of San Francisco. Fortunate to act as admissions interviewer at the school over the last several years. Meeting these future physicians leads me to feel hopeful about the future of healthcare.
