Après plus de 10 années d'expérience dans un cabinet d'audit et de conseil, j'ai pu intervenir sur de nombreuses missions de diagnostic du Contrôle Interne (CI) des Systèmes d'Information (SI) : - essentiellement dans le cadre de mandats d’audit légal, mais aussi d’assistance au CI ou à l’Audit Interne, - en particulier auprès d’établissements publics (santé, formations) et d’entreprises assurant des missions de service public (transport, BTP), ainsi que dans le secteur de la promotion immobilière, - dans divers environnements informatiques (PGI, outils SaaS, SI spécifiques..). Ces expériences me permettent aujourd’hui d’appréhender les besoins de mes clients dans le cadre d’une certification des comptes, mais également de contribuer à l'animation interne de la Communauté Audit SI au sein de KPMG France.

IT Risk Consulting Department: • Managed numerous assignments on behalf of large organizations: - IT Risk Management in external Audit, mainly for international industrial companies and public organizations, - Internal Control, - Software Asset Management. • Internal activities contributing to the development of IT Consulting Departments.
IT Advisory Department: • Performed General IT Controls and IT SOX reviews, within the framework of external audit: - Access to Programs and Data, - Program Changes, - Program Development, - Computer Operations. • Performed software license reviews.
General Insurance Consulting & Services Department: • Supported the Manager in charge of IT major projects (around 10,000 man-days) regarding production of general insurances, and some Project Managers as well, • Worked according to the methods and tools of CMMI framework (Level 2), • Contributed to the monitoring of: - consolidation, analysis and reporting of data relating to budget, charge and planning, - risks and alerts to Management.
International Technical Department: • Performed requirements analysis of roughly 10 users for a new Microsoft Access application, which manage people and recharge of special operations concerning international factories; • Designed, developed and performed unit testing on the application.
Human Resources Department: Managed the logistics part of a seminar after summer holidays (350 participants): transportation, lodging and meals
