We are in an era unlike any other. Technologies are evolving faster than organisations can adapt. Humanity is demanding deeper meaning, ethical alignment, and courageous leadership. I stand at the intersection of these forces — and I believe one thing with absolute conviction: humanity is the most powerful technology we have. I'm an Innovation and Creativity Strategist, Leader of Transformation, and doctoral researcher in Creativity and Innovation. As CEO of UtopiaX and Founder of IdeaSparx, I help organisations and individuals harness the extraordinary potential of emergent technologies while staying anchored in the values that make us human. My work is grounded in a simple but radical idea: in a world with too much noise, the change-makers who win are the ones who create their own playbook — and lead with love. I design and facilitate highly customised programs for organisations, including Deloitte, IAG, Bupa, Austrade, Employment Hero, Fragomen, Investa, and Dulux. These aren't off-the-shelf workshops. They're immersive experiences built on design thinking, purpose, engagement and play — disrupting current mindsets toward Moonshot thinking, where the question shifts from "what's possible?" to "what's not?" I've spoken at Singularity University in Silicon Valley, SXSW in Sydney and Austin, Vivid Ideas, Creative Innovation, Entrepreneurs' Organisation, the Front End of Innovation Conference in Boston, and the Inspiring Women Leaders Digital Conference in Spain. I host the podcast Inspired for Impact, write for multiple publications, and contribute to the award-winning Front-End Innovation blog. Beyond the stage, I serve on the board of Entrepreneurs' Organisation, as Ambassador for Tech Central Sydney and Oceanlovers Global, on the International Advisory Board for W Startup Community, the Hunter Medical Research Foundation, the Advisory Board for 1 Million Women, and as an Action Council Member for the Atlantic Council. I've produced the Hunter Innovation Festival for over 15 years and lecture in Business, Innovation and Entrepreneurship. I'm also the author of Celebrating Success One Failure at a Time — because failure isn't the opposite of success. It's the curriculum. I don't just talk about the future. Together, we will activate it.

Transform Today. Impact Tomorrow. UtopiaX exists to enable the enablers to empower possibilities. We empower people for transformation. Whether it’s through an OpenMindX educational program, an IdeaWorX workshop or our LumiereX retreats, we respect individuation and embodiment of community. We aim to transform. To shift minds. We are about experiential learning and collaborative design. We base our work on the four pillars of Body, Mind, Heart and Spirit. We aim to contribute to the transformation of 7.7 Billion lives. We are aiming for Utopia, where we all live in harmony, we all have a place and are valued by community, and where we all live on purpose. We believe each of us has our own vision of Utopia and we each add our own factor X. We’re doing this collectively. One person, community, city, state, country at a time.
