Assist with day-to-day operations of ATCO Park, a 14-acre campus-style commercial headquarters. Responsibilities included tenant relations, property operations, tenant construction, lease and contract administration, and budget management.
Administrative support to the Development Team. Producing general correspondence. Collecting and analyzing real estate market and demographic data. Creating presentations and reports. Answering phone calls and responding to emails. Scheduling travel arrangements. Assisting with projects as required.
Providing dining information, general hotel information and regional information to guests. Consistently offer friendly, professional and engaging service. Follow outlet policies, procedures, and service standards. Serve all food and beverage items for assigned banquet functions. Assist guests regarding the menu items in an informative and helpful way. Have full knowledge of all menu items being served and of beverage lists. Assist house team when required to set-up, maintain and break down banquet/meeting rooms.
