My journey began at Smith Barney, Prudential Securities, and GKN Securities, before joining Equitable in 2000. I’ve driven transformation across the company as a business analyst, Six Sigma Black Belt, Strategic Initiatives trailblazer, HR Business Partner, and Lead Director, Head of Remote Advice in Wealth Management. Today, I empower 70 financial professionals to boost advisor productivity and revenue, by managing client relationships and championing a distribution model that attracts a wide range of talent. I hold a BBA from James Madison and an MBA from Baruch, plus Series 7, 63, and 24 licenses. I’m a certified Project Management Professional, Change Management Trainer, Adaptive Leadership Facilitator, and proud member of the Women’s Bond Club.
