Effectively support clients in both Electronic Discovery (eDiscovery) and Records & Information Management (RIM). Key projects range from helping to produce relevant information through various eDiscovery platforms to Governance & Compliance knowledge management.
Simultaneously supported five concurrent engagements focusing on electronic document search retrieval, keyword analysis and filtering. Achieved working knowledge in top eDiscovery platforms, including Relativity and Clearwell, as well as the KPMG DiscoveryRadar platform.
Acted as an intermediary between the University Union at James Madison University and the Technology and Design Center Gathered requirements and performed usability testing on all 15 University Union’s websites and their counterparts.
Served as a Project Manager in the Information Technology Services Group where I responsible for planning, budgeting, and leading the launch of a third party vendor SharePoint site. Developed a recruiting brochure to be used as an outreach tool to clearly outline typical positions and career paths open to all new hires and interns. Collaborated with a team of fellow interns to establish a revised version of the USAA Intern Study Guide for the betterment of the internship program.
