I'm now focused on managing and delivering services to a well-known mail operator in Denmark. Restoring and building a strong relationship with my customer based on operation excellence and transparency.
I'm currently working on the implementation and deployment of a full Digital System for Track & Trace and Tax Verification based on marking (unique code identifier, dot code, data matrix code...) on cigarette packs, bundles and master cases. The complete system provides 4 key functionalities: authorization and monitoring of production facilities, control and verification of production volumes, product authentication and Track & Trace information from manufacturing plant to local resellers. The solution enables a global and central monitoring of production sites and production lines regardless the geographical situation/distance. It provides quick and efficient tools to fight illicit production and illicit trade. It is environment friendly and drives substantial saving in cost and production down time. It is designed to conform to the FCTC (Framework Convention Alliance for Tobacco Control) and the TPD (Tobacco Products Directive).
