The Director Sales and Customer Support is heading the after sales support organization, which continuously supports approx. 300 customers in 29 countries within their helicopter operation. From tailored support contract offer, via daily contract administration up to 24/7 technical support.
Responsible for the worldwide sales of civil and military aviation products. Development and implementation of a sales strategy in accordance with the business development roadmap in order to access new opportunities in addition to OEM business.
Responsible for Product Sales, Customer Service and Government Programs for all VIP and Head of State Customer of Lufthansa Technik
Responsible for fulfilment with regards to acquisition phase, implementation and provision of the In-Service-Support for the German Government VIP aircraft fleet.
Responsible for international Sales and Purchasing/Logistic for the entire portfolio of Ameco's MRO Services.
