Previously, at Meta (Facebook), I led a planning, Operations & strategy (BP&O) team in support of the VP of Mid-Market's strategic agenda. I built a team to start from scratch the operations of GLG in the region. I developed the GTM strategy and wrote the business development and operations playbooks, effectively positioning GLG as the leading service provider for Professional Services Firms in the region. Grew P&L from 0 to $10M+ and raised market share to 60%+, while navigating aggressive competition and adverse economic tides.
