Manage the end area of the Mardi Gras Parade which included: - Set up and pack down supervision - Overseeing team of volunteers - Ensure the safety of all participants - Managing the flow of participants and floats
• Registration & delegate management for corporate events, conferences, gala dinner and incentive travels. • Management of event logistics. • Theming and staging, concept development for events.
3 months internship as a marketing co-ordinator. My two main tasks were: • Improve the experience for international students - from when they receive their admission offer to when they graduate. This included the implementation of an orientation day, a social program, and a blog. • Create a promotional video that showcases the different schools and programs. The video was used in the admission office. I was also involved in writing/editing press releases.
