As a global commercial manager I take over the control of commercial processes in national and international plant construction projects and general management tasks. I support the local project managers and site managers in coping with unusual commercial tasks and challenges. The control of addendum and change order management as well as the processing and enforcement of complex issues towards the clients is one of my core competencies. Here I am moving safely in an international and intercultural environment. The internal project reporting towards the C-level management with regular project reviews on critical projects is just as much a part of my basic tasks as the processing of data and information for external stakeholders.
In my position as Head of Contract & Commercial Management, I am responsible for the successful implementation and execution of installation projects in the Radiant Ceilings business unit, in collaboration with the technical management team. The Radiant Ceilings business unit of the Swegon Group oversees the installation of climate ceiling systems in Germany, Switzerland, Italy, France, and the Netherlands.
