Responsibility for the operation of ~70 SAP instances supporting ~5000 user at KION Group. Led a team of 8 employees in Hamburg and Aschaffenburg providing services in the areas of SAP operation, performance tuning, user-authorizations and batch job operations. Coordination of all European SAP activities including release change projects. Provisioning of the capacity and landscape planning ensuring performance capabilities and cost savings.
