Ich glaube, dass eine kreative Herangehensweise bei Aufgaben und Herausforderungen helfen kann, scheinbar unüberwindbare Hindernisse zu überwinden. Dabei ist es wichtig, alle losen Enden zu erkennen und miteinander zu verbinden. Ich selbst versuche oft, mit einem Augenzwinkern und berechneter Sorglosigkeit konventionelles Denken und Blockaden zu überwinden oder zu umgehen. Für mich spielt auch der Spaß dabei eine wichtige Rolle. Wenn ich mir etwas vorstellen kann, bin ich überzeugt, dass ich es auch schaffen kann. Natürlich gibt es Rückschläge, aber ich bleibe dran und gebe nicht auf. I believe that a creative approach to tasks and challenges can help overcome seemingly insurmountable obstacles. It is important to identify and connect all the loose ends. Personally, I often try to overcome or bypass conventional thinking and barriers with a wink and calculated carefreeness. Enjoyment also plays an important role for me. If I can envision something, I am convinced that I can achieve it. Of course, there are setbacks, but I stay committed and don't give up

As a co-founder and Creative Director at Bread & Butter from 2001 to 2005, and a shareholder until 2008, I played a key role in shaping one of the world's most unique and innovative fashion trade shows. Alongside founding partners Karl-Heinz Müller and Wolfgang Ahlers, and with the artistic collaboration of Art Director Robert Dizdarevicz, we launched a groundbreaking platform that merged fashion, culture, and business in unprecedented ways. The Bread & Butter tradeshow, founded in July 2001 in Cologne-Deutz by Karl-Heinz Müller, Christian Geyr, and Wolfgang Ahlers, was conceived as a bi-annual event for contemporary clothing culture. It uniquely blended fashion, culture, and music, creating a vibrant atmosphere that drew both industry insiders and the public. After starting in Cologne, the show moved to Berlin and Barcelona, finally settling at Berlin's historic Tempelhof Airport. Bread & Butter struggled to keep the hype - retail business was changing - which effected the business model of a tradeshow which was meant as a platform where independet retailers get inspired and meet their suppliers. BREAD & BUTTER was acquired by Zalando in 2015
