Washington, District of Columbia, United States
As President of FanDuel, I lead the company’s growth and long-term strategy all with a focus on positioning FanDuel at the forefront of the sports and gaming industry. Prior to this role, I served as FanDuel’s Chief Legal Officer, where I worked closely with legislators, regulators, and industry stakeholders to help shape the evolving U.S. sports betting landscape. From advancing the legalization and regulation of Daily Fantasy Sports in more than 20 states to helping pave the way for sports betting and iGaming following the repeal of PASPA, I’ve been fortunate to play a role in building the regulatory foundation that has fueled the industry’s growth. I’ve also led strategic partnerships with major leagues including the NFL, NBA, NHL, and PGA TOUR, while helping secure innovative market access agreements across the country. Before joining FanDuel, I served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel at the Entertainment Software Association, representing the video game industry on key legal and policy matters. Earlier in my career, I held leadership roles as a federal prosecutor with the U.S. Department of Justice, a partner at AmLaw 50 law firms, and co-founded a boutique law firm. I earned my B.A. from Birmingham-Southern College and my J.D. from Vanderbilt University. Outside of work, I’m an avid sports fan and proudly support the Nationals, Capitals, Wizards, and Alabama Crimson Tide.
