At Sparknews (now within A4MT), we work with multinational organisations and media outlets, to drive their cultural shift for a positive impact, using inspiration with positive innovations and transformation programs (from the CEO to all employees). We help revealing new opportunities and new business models for positive change. What drove me to focus on Positive Transformation know how ? At the age of 24, with 2 friends of mine, I embarked on a round-the-world tour, in search of positive change-makers. I was so inspired by the incredible entrepreneurs who were committed to creating a positive impact in the world that I decided to write a book on our experiences. To my surprise the book became a bestseller and unlocked new opportunities for me to become a social entrepreneur myself. I have been a pioneer of the solutions journalism approach, creating with my Sparknews team media campaigns to amplify positive innovation initiatives (with leading media in 50 countries, reaching 300 million people or with our "En Quête de Demain" program with 53 regional newspapers).
