Led the setup of the first medical lab in Accenture premises. Planned instruments transfer, installation and qualification in a newly built lab respecting required norms. • Led Application Outsourcing (AO) initiative leading to 3.5 Million € /year savings for Application Development (AD) unit.
Project manager with responsibility for the delivery of technically complex customer projects with significant customer impact.
Responsible for designing and executing application maintenance and development concept for a custom application maintained onsite by a local company. Avanade was approached by the client to take over application maintenance and application development for an application supporting affiliates to perform services on watches. In order to ensure scalability, the client wanted to have the service delivered from India. As Transition lead I was in charge of • Enabling people – Build KT and follow up on execution • Enabling technology – design and implement technical environments • Adapting delivery model As a result of the transition, the team located in India was able to deliver major features mandatory for a major release deployed globally.
Responsible for a team of 15 resources deployed in India, Czech Republic and US, supporting a +700 FTEs program with a budget of approx. 500 Million per year. Responsible for set up, execution and maintenance of below processes and corresponding tools • Reporting • Planning & Tracking • Risk and Issue Management • Resource Management • Scope Management • Program Governance • Financial Management Major achievement was to build a team located in India to deliver PMO services for a program with 3 to 4 competing projects executed across different countries and time zones. The Offshore ratio increased from 10% to 75% resulting in approx. 1 Million CHF/year savings.
Responsible for application maintenance and development for +30 IT applications based on various technologies • Custom Dev, • Java, • Net, • COTS, etc...) Responsible for building a new service delivery model compliant with Life Science regulatory standards. The key value add was in building trust between the new delivery team taking over application maintenance, systems owners and business partners. Application owners usually need assistance to adapt to a new delivery model (Tools, communication channels, etc...). Communications and actions from change management plan had to be completed by additional actions (e.g. increasing service review frequency, moving to target service delivery model with steps, etc...).
