Development of Electrical Vehicles (EV) and EV components for very cost focused Indian market: Li-Ion-Battery, BMS, E-Motor, Motor Control Unit, Charger, Connectivity Unit incl. Cloud, HMI, VCU, incl. SW for all BAJAJ Auto 2-wheeler e-motorcycles and all e-Auto-Rickshaws incl. Software Defined Vehicle (SDV) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Pune, Akurdi, India. Development of all electrical components (i.e. LCD/TFT, ...) for BAJAJ 2-wheeler, 3-wheeler and 4-wheeler ICE vehicles incl. serial introduction and production quality support.
Automotive Electronics Division: Leader X-House: Cost down cross product System-, HW- & SW-Development for eDrives (Motor & Electronics, 12V -800V) and other products. Cost down by joint development of Gate-Driver-ASIC for Brake- and Steering-eMotor-ECU and joint X-BU-Development of Steering Control Unit SCU4.
Bosch Battery Systems Business Unit: 48V-Mild-Hybrid-Battery- & 400/800V-BMS-System, HW/SW-Development incl. Functional Safety, ASPICE and Process Development. Build up of BU in China Suzhou and Wuxi. Aquired and delivered several COEM customer projects.
Innovation development at Corporate Research & Advanced Engineering: Strategy, Business and Advanced Technology Development for Driver Assistance. Urban Automated Driving, Bicycle Anti-Lock-System and Motorcycle Safety Systems (with Motorcycle BU in Japan). International Vehicle Traffic Accident Research (EU, China, India, Japan).
