Tackling sports law issues in the collegiate athletics setting, including, but not limited to Athlete-Agent Education Presentations, Title IX issues, and APR analysis.
Assist UW’s Compliance staff in completing the day to day department operations by ensuring the Athletic Department is operating in accordance with University, Big Ten Conference, and NCAA rules and regulations.
Research all current legal issues related to intercollegiate and professional sports law, including, but not limited to, coaching contracts and sports facilities.
