Assisting the creation of service manuals and other customer facing publications
Created detailed instructions in Arbortext for use by Polaris and Indian Motorcycles dealer technicians world wide. Work Involved collaboration with technicians and engineers internationally including Mexico and Poland. Assembled catalog of labor times for standard service and repairs. Used PTC Creo View and Photoshop to create detailed color-coded Instructional Pictographs. Updated standards for torque values and created automatically updating database table across several product lines.
Created instructions for use by Dealer technicians and consumers for OEM accessories for RZR and Ranger products.
Created instructions for accessories for RZR and Ranger products.
At the Polaris factory in Osceola, I assembled clutches for nearly all Polaris ORV products. I was selected to be a beta tester for a new clutch assembly line.
