This role was based on a temporary employment contract. In this role my main task was to update data bases, monitor trends and performances and to prepare comprehensive reports for interdepartmental use. This role had a wide sphere of action, from implementing new and innovative marketing strategies and establishing a fluent CRM process, to conducting significant market research. For example to obtain valuable feedback from customers for use in all departments (production, distribution and marketing), and improve B2C and C2B communication, it was my prerogative to re-launch an improved website and to introduce e-marketing solutions. The obtained information about desired course attributes and other related issues, assisted the University with the design and development of the planned MBA course. In this position I assisted the team with their marketing and market research efforts.
