This endeavor allowed him to collaborate with prominent tissue company leaders and industry experts across the globe. In late 2008, after providing consulting services to an Italian company, Christian joined Futura North America as the VP of Sales. Within the first year, he successfully secured multimillion-dollar projects and later assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer. In this capacity, Christian led the reorganization of the US entity while overseeing sales and assembling a high-performing team suitable for the North American market. In August 2010, Christian's exceptional leadership and results led to his appointment as CEO of Futura North America.
