The development, manufacture, project management and servicing of wind turbines in the onshore segment has been the core competence and passion of the Nordex Group and its more than 9,900 employees worldwide for over 40 years. Together with my team of controller and our stakeholder we further develop and implement relevant measurements, reports and follow ups to support better decision making. Main areas of responsibilities are Group Inventory Controlling, Sales Controlling and Customer as well as Supplier Payment Controlling.
Led a team of Business Navigators & Analysts within Business Steering at Inter IKEA Core Business Range. Together we supported various stakeholder across IKEA and our main responsibilities were Sales performance management, Sales forecasting process, Goal setting process, Performance framework, Pricing analytics and insights, Business partnering and Project lead as well as KPI and reporting tool development.
Led IKEAs Bi-monthly Sales forecasting process. Based on market, range inputs and analyses a global sales outlook was created as the base for supply, financial planning and performance management. Furthermore I was responsible to develop Sales forecast capabilities. We improved ways of working, planning and reporting tools, created a Sales FC people network as well as developed and implemented IKEA long-term sales forecast.
Led a project to establish measurements for the Product development process. Time to market and other measurements have been implemented at IKEA Range & Supply. Lead a project to establish people scorecard and measurements. Supporting with goal setting, follow up and reporting tasks. Joined the project to development the IKEA RS People strategy.
As a cost controller I supported the financial controlling department with various task (eg. managing of profit center, reporting, analyses).
As an intern at Bayer Material Science I worked in the reporting department and supported the monthly financial reporting. During the internship I had the possibility to join a reporting improvement project.
As an intern I had the task to create the base for controlling processes in this new founded company.
