I work at the intersection of science and high performance — where leadership is measured by real impact, not intent. At Tesla, I contribute to the strategic evolution of leadership development by introducing a modern, evidence-based approach, combined with principles from elite sports. The goal: enabling leaders to perform under pressure, make precise decisions, and operate consistently at a high level. In parallel, I directly coach and develop leaders on every level. My work focuses on creating measurable shifts in clarity, resilience, and decision-making — not just theoretical understanding. My background combines academic expertise in sports and performance psychology with hands-on experience in elite sports environments. This includes psychological match analysis for national and international football teams, as well as concept development for Bundesliga organizations in football and handball. Having grown up in competitive sports and reaching a near-professional level as a football referee, I understand performance not only scientifically, but from lived experience. This combination allows me to translate complex psychological principles into practical, high-impact interventions that leaders can immediately apply. We don’t do traditional leadership development. It is performance work.
