As Head of After Sales at STILL Gesellschaft m.b.H., I am responsible for the entire Austrian After Sales organisation — including service contracts, service operations, spare parts, maintenance, repairs and technical support for our customers. In addition to this operational responsibility, I serve as Authorized Officer, member of the management board, and Commercial Managing Director under Austrian trade law.
