Coordination of Student Secretariat, Advisory Service and Marketing, International Relations Office and Career Service. Other specific tasks: lead of the preparation of the annual budget, setting annual goals and ensuring their achievement, managing the departments' digitalization projects, drawing up an annual training plan for the staff, coordinating central university processes (e.g. preparation of the Academic calendar, determination of study places), interface management between the department and the Faculty secretariats and other service offices, development of digitalization projects for applicants and students in cooperation with the ICT Service, responsibility for monitoring student data at unibz, since 2017 member of the Board of Directors of the Elisabethinum student dormitory.
Verification of access titles to the university, management of the study career (applications, enrolments, university and programme transfers, graduations), administration of study fees, issue of certificates, diplomas and diploma supplements, organization of student representative elections, administration of statistical data of the students for the Ministry, procedural officer for the recognition of Austrian academic qualifications etc.
