As Director of Operations at VeloCity, I help lead a high-performance baseball and training facility focused on developing serious athletes through professional instruction, advanced training systems, and a premium client experience. My role blends day-to-day operations, sales, marketing, staff coordination, client relationship management, and strategic growth. I work directly with athletes, families, coaches, and internal staff to ensure the facility runs efficiently while continuing to expand its memberships, private training programs, team packages, partnerships, and overall brand presence.
