As Head of Business Transformation Office Member of the ProLeiT COE Leadership Management Team, accountable for driving enterprise-wide transformation and operational excellence. The departments Procurement, Tendering Management, and Export Control reporting to the BTO Manager; oversees the Managing Directors of the hyper‑care of international subsidiaries reporting also to the BTO Manager; and provides dotted‑line leadership to the International ProLeiT Solutions Execution Delivery Teams within Schneider Electric Process Automation. Core responsibilities Procurement (direct): Define strategy, negotiate key contracts, optimize supplier base, ensure cost, quality, and sustainability objectives. Tendering Management: Head of Tendering department reports to own end‑to‑end offer creation, pricing governance, and review gates to improve hit rate, margin quality, and cycle time. Export and Customs Management: Export Control & Customs officer reports to ensure policies, licensing, sanctions screening, and documentation meet legal and corporate requirements globally. Hyper‑care of International Subsidiaries: The Managing Directors reports to Stabilize post‑change operations, resolve escalations, standardize processes, and secure performance to plan. Dotted‑line leadership – International ProLeiT Solutions Execution Delivery (Schneider Electric): Set standards, methods, and priorities; align capacity, competencies, and delivery quality with ProLeiT Solutions objectives.
