Responsibilities: - Audit Management: - Quality Improvement Project Leader - Ensuring validation, execution and continuous improvement of procedures/instructions relative to Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC). - Validating and categorizing investigations, including corrective actions of rejected products, reviewing product dispositions and monitoring the overall execution of the process. - Initiating and reporting product quality data analysis (Statistical Process Control). - Supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of quality management systems and policies. - Audit Management: Performs supplier and third parties audits , supports in customer audit process and develops specific tailor made instructions for third party. Perform internal quality process audit, improvement and follow up. - Quality Improvement Project Leader( Cost of poor quality reduction or market demand driven) - Ensuring validation, execution and continuous improvement of procedures/instructions relative to Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC). - Determining calibration control of QA & QC laboratory equipment and validating and approving new analytical methods. - Chair Quality teams, managing and addressing product quality performance-trends, issues and product evaluations. Quality Assurance Engineer project portfolio NAM/Shell ONEgas Projects Responsibilities: Interface for Quality department and Project Engineers/Project Managers. Provide guidance on quality requirements for offshore engineering, fabrication & construction contracts. Management and project interface for Flawless Project Delivery from PM/PE, Construction Coordinator and Commissioning. Assure that project audits and reviews are scheduled and aligned with the project needs and validate the follow up/close out action. Perform, or participate in key contractor quality audits and reviews. Management of Technical Integrity Verification Reports and Interface with the Inspection, Maintenance, Technical Safety and Commissioning teams. Input to the Project Risk register (quality input) on a regular basis. Quality Inspection Report Management System (QIRMS) local focal point/administrator for NAM. Update Quality Plans for the engineering, procurement, fabrication and construction program reviewing document deliverables, and follow up on the Quality Surveillance program. Monitor FSR system (Project Deviation Process) and MOC process (Management of Change) and ensure that registers are being regularly updated and evidence of TA input. Provide Quality status reporting on a regular basis for QIRMS. Project Control and Assurance Plan management for projects. Responsible for the audit and review of the Contractors and Vendors Quality Management Systems based on a risk assessment. Management of Statement of Fitness – handover of projects to operations
