Christian Rosser is National Head of the Education Division at SFUVET (Eidg. Hochschule für Berufsbildung - EHB). As organizational expert, he has wide experience in the leadership and management of academic institutions and hybrid organizations. He holds a PhD in political science from the University of Bern and an EMBA of the University of Zurich. Prior to joining SFUVET, he spent eight years as COO at the Swiss Institute for Translational and Entrepreneurial Medicine, where he also served as director of the sitem-insel School, a centre of the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Bern. He also was lecturer in several positions and senior research fellow at the Universities of Bern, Lausanne, and Konstanz. He began his career with an apprenticeship as an electrician.

The Center of Competence for Public Management at the University of Bern (KPM) is committed to the collaboration among the disciplines of law, economics, and political science. The core product of the center is the postgraduate course of studies with the Master’s diploma (MPA). A second important pillar of the center is basic research in the area of public administration.
