During production mode monitors all the issues of the customer product assigned and support production in terms specs clarification and feedback to supplier. Orients other department personnel and operators on the new customer, Process flow and manufacturing Specs. Provides support and leadership to the continues improvement team. Direct interface and communication to internal and external customer. Value engineering task on the above area covering in the process improvement, cost saving initiatives, material evaluation, new machine qualification for the new part number assigned customer. Documentation activities and other relevant reports requested by customer. Yield, CT and other KPI’s monitoring Process defect verifications and disposition on the all engineering build. Implement the APQP procedures.
