Global responsibility for all customer projects at Elektrobit The Elektrobit project portfolio covers all types of software applications in the car including real time operating systems, Autosar, ADAS and HMI Member of the Elektrobit Management Board Significant participation in the definition of the Elektrobit strategy Leading a team of 1500 employees at offices in Japan, China, Korea, India, Romania, Finland, France, Germany and USA Care and development of customer relations Profit &loss responsibility for Elektrobits engineering service business Definition and tracking of KPIs including profit &loss and quality goals
• Responsibility for the HMI Business Domain which is specialized in the creation of multi modal user interfaces for in-vehicle infotainment and cluster instruments (see https://www.elektrobit.com/products/hmi/) • Definition, refinement and tracking of strategic goals for the business domain as well as deriving goals for the sales organization • Responsibility for more than 250 employees at locations in Erlangen (Germany), Brunswick (Germany), Ingolstadt (Germany), Böblingen (Germany), Tokio (Japan), Farmington Hills (Michigan, USA), Beijing (China), Oulu (Finland), Brasov (Romania) • Definition and tracking of the economic performance figures, especially turnover, utilization, business unit contribution and reporting of these figures to the executive board • Tracking of the projects of the business domain • Coordination with the management in the particular regions about project execution, sales activities and sales pipeline as well as utilization • Assessment and approval of quotations • Care and development of customer relations
