As a part of the People Leadership Team in EMEA, I am leading and coaching a geographically distributed Talent Acquisition Team, which includes both solid lines and flexible resources from other regions/teams, as well as managing multiple RPO resources and vendors. My teams primary responsibilities encompass hiring for the Engineering, Product, and Design (Customer Experience) departments across multiple countries: Poland, Germany, UK, Netherlands, France, and Turkey. In addition to this, I am also responsible for project management for global TA Engineering initiatives as well as acting as a CTO Hiring Committee Facilitator. I am actively partnering with the global Talent Brand team on numerous employer branding activities. These include paid campaigns, meetups, events, and job boards, among others. The objective of these activities is to strengthen our location-specific presence and enhance the perception of our (local) talent brand.
