Responsible for all legal and IP matters within the Mövenpick Group (including Mövenpick's Wine business, food business, Marché International and FutureLog AG) Primary responsibility for M&A Transactions, licensing activities, Company law, data protection, management of key partners, litigations and the IP portfolio.
Reporting directly to the Head Legal in Dubai. Responsibilities: • Contract drafting, negotiation and review (international hotel management and lease agreements and other commercial contracts). • Legal advice to the business functions (sales, marketing, e-distribution, IT, finance and human resources) and on compliance matters. • Corporate law and M&A (mergers, due diligence processes, share transfers, intra-group agreements and restructurings). • Coordination of court proceedings with external counsel across jurisdictions. • Internal legal trainings, guidelines, policies and standard contractual documents.
