    • President and Treasurer for all ZEISS North America (US and Canada) Shared Services activities bundled in the Carl Zeiss Inc. holding company. • Shared services include but are not limited to: Finance, Accounting, Logistics, NPM Procurement, Quality, IT, Legal&Compliance, Facility Management and are provided to ZEISS North America Sales&Service, R&D and Production entities who in total account for >1.4bn USD annual sales revenues with about 3,500 employees in FY18/19. • In addition, assuming the role of Head of HR for all ZEISS North America legal entities. • In addition, assuming the role as President of Carl Zeiss Canada Sales and Service Organizations in alignment with the Regional Business Group Presidents. • Member of the ZEISS Global 100 Executive Management Team.

    • Member of the ZEISS China Management Board (CLT) with general management responsibilities for all ZEISS Greater China (China, Hongkong, Taiwan) activities with Sales/Service entities (3x), Manufacturing/Assembly entities (2x), R&D/Innovation Centers (2x), Shared Services Center. (FY22: Revenues ~1.8bn USD with ~5.500 employees) • Responsible ZEISS China Management Board member for all ZEISS Semiconductor Sales and Service activities in Greater China. (FY22: Revenues >150m USD) • Driving the Finance agenda, and providing stable and efficient Shared Services in Finance, Controlling, IT, Internal Audit, Supply Chain Management, Facility Management, etc. in “aligned autonomy” mode. • Driving Digital Transformation and Change Management, i.e. by applying advanced BI analytics and AI/ML, etc. to foster data-enabled, omni-channel business growth.

  • Human Resources Specialist at Infineon Technologies

    • Responsible for all operative HR issues (planning, recruiting, developing, administration, compensation) of three different organizational units (in total ca. 300 employees), including Infineon’s mask shop activities in Munich with approx. 230 employees. • Represented Infineon in the negotiations and the planning of the joint venture of building a new mask shop facility in Dresden, Germany. The joint venture was established between Infineon Technologies and the U.S. based partner companies AMD and DuPont. • Closing down the Munich mask shop mid 2004 and transferring employees to Dresden, other Infineon business units in Munich as well as sending 10 employees as expatriates to Suzhou, China. • In addition to the operative HR tasks and effective from January 2004, taking over the role as “Country Rollout Manager Germany” within the international project group for the global introduction of SAP R/3 HR. Responsible for definition/design/implementation of the German part of the global SAP HR system. Project was finished in spec, in time, and in budget!
