Risk Assessments ii. MSDS & TDS of materials & dangerous goods materials list iii. Operation instructions for machines and work places Resp. for the Technical Risk Management and the Disaster & Recovery Plan 2. Continiuous Improvement Process (CIP) @ TG i. System, Design & Process FMEAs ii. Quality Reporting, incl. FPY, OQD, LTIFR, OTD and NCC (before and after delivery, ScNCC, NCC gros & net) iii. Quality Product Planning @ TG 3. Supplier Quality Mangement (SQM): Interface between Incoming Inspection, Production, Logistics, Purchasing, Engineering and R&D. Process on the basis of VDA6.3 (automotive quality standards) i. Requirements Specifications (incl. Pressure Vessel Regulation) & Purchased Parts Qualifications (Delivery Conditions) ii. Qualification of new suppliers and/or new Materials and/or new Processes iii. PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) iv. FAI (First Article Inspection) & Development to Serialization v. Implementation of Continious Improvement Measures @ Suppliers (8D Reporting and Measures Tracking) vi. Claim Management 4. Materials Incoming Inspection: Capa & Load Planning Skip Lot and definition of testing accuracy 5.
