With a Bachelor's degree in Biology/Botany from Portland State University, I transitioned into engineering at Centrotherm Clean Tech, where my problem-solving skills and expertise in communication have proven invaluable. As the Engineer in Charge for the past 9 months, I'm adept at providing 24/7 support, managing escalations, and assist with training to sustaining teams. My tenure at Centrotherm Clean Tech has been marked by a commitment to safety and efficiency, maintaining the highest standards while troubleshooting and maintaining abatement systems. Collaborating closely with team members and the customer, I leverage my organization skills to provide the utmost support. My background in cultivation management enriches my perspective, allowing me to contribute uniquely to the company's growth and align with its commitment to excellence.
● Work closely with the customer during escalations, providing 24/7 on-call support, AAR’s, engineering solutions, and documentation changes as escalations are closed out. ● Utilize available documentation (schematics, spare parts references, CEID/FP documentation) to provide remote troubleshooting steps, and assisting on site during periods of high priority system escalations ● Proficient in Microsoft apps, creating data tables and presentations through customer request ● Track and assist in ECN implementations, refining PTP’s and provide on site training to support sustaining teams
● Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on Centrotherm abatements while following procedures accurately, reaching out to the lead if there are any uncertainties ● Ensure safety standards as expected from the company and customer while performing any troubleshooting or maintenance ● Proficient in Microsoft suite and able to track job details in a timely and accurate manner. ● Fill in for the lead, able to prioritize jobs according to urgency as well as interacting with tool owners and engineers in a professional manner while assisting teammates
● Oversee crop production from propagation to harvest, managing post-harvest flower, and monitoring moisture content, resulting in highest quality cannabis ● Developed and implemented exceptional plant production procedures and facility wide SOP’s ● Promote seamless operations by maintaining optimal environmental conditions to improve flower quality, troubleshooting equipment issues and coordinating daily schedules ● Contributing to company growth through assisting with research and development projects (breeding, pollen collection, and pheno-hunting). ● Train new employees on proper protocols, techniques, and cultivation practices in adherence to policies, procedures, and company core values ● Establish efficient workflow process, creating continuous harvest through cloning, pruning and scheduling transplanting while maintaining area cleanliness, exceeding targeted time for 30+ strains ● Collaborate with 2 leads to regularly record data in METRC as well as creating transfer manifests, plant and package tags, and new IPM programs
- Tracking and adjusting environmental conditions - Assisting in large scale propagation by creating the cuttings, providing care to the clones until transplanted, monitoring the health of 300 to 1500 clones. - Identify and aid in resolving any pests, diseases, and deficiencies. - Assisted the grow team in transplanting, pruning, and defoliating a large number of plants at a time
- Crop planning - Propagation and transplants - Pruning and defoliation - Create IPM schedule - Sanitize and reset bloom rooms - Harvest and monitor dry room
