With a decade of dedicated first responder experience, including six years at the helm of a dynamic team managing emergencies, I have honed my leadership and crisis management skills in high-pressure situations. My journey led me to a pivotal role in work health and safety, where I spent two years conducting audits, spearheading health and wellbeing initiatives, creating and reviewing WHS risk assessments, and sharing insights through presentations. This period also saw me complete the Certificate IV and Diploma in Work Health and Safety. Currently serving as a Project Officer for Misconduct Prevention, I am eager to leverage my extensive background as a first responder and my expertise in work health and safety. My commitment lies in developing comprehensive strategies to mitigate risks and foster a safe and secure environment.
