I am an experienced Principal Consultant with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry. My clients are in the financial service industry with the focus on insurances. In the last years I mainly worked as an enterprise architect and solution architect. In my job I always try to bridge the gap between functional requirements and technical implementations. The area of customer experience and customer engagement represent a huge challenge for most companies. This starts with integrating data from various sources, developing an attractive offer for clients and following data privacy legislation. With my personal experience (>20 years in insurances) and that of the msg-global we can offer support in this field that is hard to find. It is fascinating and encouraging to see how much energy SAP puts behind its solution in this area. So I have focused the last years on the C/4HANA platform (e.g. SAP Marketing, SAP Commerce, .. and its integration). I see a lot of options and possibilities of building a customer tailored implementation, which helps to improve the processes and the presence in the market of any company.
